The new office for Metasurface, a forward-thinking holding company in the tech sector, is designed to embody clarity, efficiency, and modern sophistication. Located in their own building at Tuas, the upgraded workplace brings together corporate staff under one roof, directly connected to the company’s factory next door, reinforcing both operational synergy and brand identity.

The design adopts a modern minimalist approach—clean lines, neutral tones, and an uncluttered aesthetic that reflects the precision and innovation of the tech industry. An open-ceiling concept enhances spatial quality, while carefully curated pendant lighting adds rhythm and warmth, elevating the sense of openness without losing intimacy.
