PROJECT @ TOKIO MARINE A.M.I

Apcon was assigned by TMAMI to design an office that is functionally active and a soothing oasis for the staffs to suit their office needs. The two units were combined to create a large space that accommodates multifunctional spaces with private formal areas within the office.

Focusing on how the office intended to work, we configured the layout with functional and a modern sensibility to allow for a better flow from one space to another space. TMAMI seeks to create a welcoming and wan environment, where employees can feel homey in the office. A design divider is strategically created between the office and café to make the space look modern and spatial. The overall space design with biophilic elements & warm wooden colour tone managed to create a lively environment for the employees and guests.
